Sound healing is a tool for physical, emotional, and spiritual healing through intentional sound frequencies. We will use a variety of sound healing instruments, including crystal bowls, chimes, drums and more!
You are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow for comfort as we ground ourselves on the floor for this sound healing experience; these items will not be provided. See you there!
